How can owners, guests, property managers, and vendors get access to the security gates?

There are two ways to enter Reunion West without stopping at the main gatehouse: RFID hang tags for homeowners and long-term residents, and digital QR code passes for guests, renters, vendors, and visitors.

RFID Hang Tags (Residents)

Homeowners can purchase up to five RFID hang tags. A hang tag hangs on your vehicle’s rear-view mirror, and the resident-lane gate opens automatically as you approach. Hang tags are assigned to specific registered vehicles and may never be loaned to guests, renters, or contractors. Please don’t reposition your hang tag while driving.

See How to get a car mirror hang tag and how hang tags work alongside QR codes.

QR Code Passes (Guests, Renters, and Vendors)

Owners and property managers register for the gate portal and send each guest or vendor a digital QR code pass by text or email. Guests scan the pass at the kiosk scanner in the visitor lane to open the gate.

  • One pass per vehicle: each QR code links to the first vehicle that scans it. Screenshots or forwarded codes won’t work for a second car. See one QR code per vehicle.
  • Date-limited: passes work only between the dates set when they were created, up to 30 days.
  • No pass? Guests can self-register at the kiosk or press the call button to reach security.

Homeowners can use both methods. Questions? Email admin@reunionwestpoa.com.
