- Request to Add a Home: On the My Homes page, or from the Create QR code screen, click Home not listed? Request to add it.
- Address Search: Search for the home in the approved Reunion West address directory. Free-text addresses aren’t accepted, to keep records accurate.
- Approval: If your property management company already manages that address, access is approved immediately. Requests from individual owners go to the admin approval queue, and you’ll receive an email once verified.
- Suggested Homes to Add: If a property manager’s bulk upload includes community homes not yet on their account, those homes appear under Suggested homes to add on My Homes for a one-click access request.
