- Extending Issues a Replacement Pass: When you extend a stay’s end date in the portal, the system creates a new QR code for the updated dates and emails or texts it to the guest. The old pass is retired once the replacement is issued, so the gates stay in sync without interrupting access.
- Shortening a Stay: Shortening a stay changes the expiration date on the existing pass. No new code is issued.
- The “Renew” Button: For return visitors, click Renew to choose a 1 to 30 day stay and issue a fresh pass starting immediately.
If my guest decides to stay longer, how do I extend their pass, and will they receive a new QR code?
