- Request the Change: On your My Homes page, click Do you manage properties for other owners? (or No longer managing properties?).
- Admin Review: An administrator reviews the request, confirms your managed properties and personal residence, and approves the change.
- Sign In Again: Once converted, you’ll be signed out everywhere and asked to log in again to see your updated dashboard.
