- Residents Only: Physical hang tags are issued only to registered homeowners and authorized long-term residents for the dedicated resident lanes.
- Everyone Else Uses QR Codes: Temporary guests, visitors, delivery drivers, and vacation rental parties must use the digital QR code system.
- Assigned to a Vehicle: Each hang tag is assigned to a specific registered resident vehicle and must hang from the rearview mirror or be displayed on the windshield when approaching the gate.
- Audited: The gates use license plate recognition cameras, and hang tag entries are routinely checked against recorded plates.
- Lost or Damaged Tags: If a hang tag is lost, stolen, or damaged, contact POA Administration immediately at admin@reunionwestpoa.com to deactivate it and arrange a replacement.
