Owners and property managers generate guest passes in the community gate portal:
- Issuing Passes: Log in to your portal account to issue passes one at a time or by bulk upload for multiple reservations.
- Reservation Link Delivery: When a pass is generated, the primary QR code is emailed to the primary reservation holder along with a dedicated reservation link.
- Handling Multiple Cars: Tell your guests to forward the reservation link (never a screenshot of their code) to any additional drivers in their party so each driver registers their own vehicle and receives an individual QR code.
