My host didn’t send me a gate pass in advance. How do I self-register at the gate?

If you arrive without a pre-issued pass, follow these steps at the visitor kiosk:

1. Pull up to the visitor kiosk lane and locate the on-screen QR code.
2. Open your smartphone camera and scan the QR code to open the Reunion West registration site.
3. Fill out the quick form with your full name, the address of the home you are visiting or renting, and your mobile phone number or email address.
4. Submit the form. Your digital QR code access pass will be delivered to your phone or inbox within approximately 10 minutes.
5. Once received, scan the QR code at the kiosk scanner to open the gate.

Note: If you need immediate entry and cannot wait for the pass, press the kiosk call button to speak with gate security and present your photo ID.
