What are the authorized ways a short-term guest or visitor can enter the community?

Guests arriving at Reunion West have three authorized methods of entry:

1. Pre-Issued QR Code (Fastest): Homeowners or property managers can pre-register visitors through the gate portal and send them a digital QR access pass before arrival.
2. On-Site Kiosk Self-Registration: If arriving without a pass, guests can scan the QR code displayed on the entry kiosk screen with their smartphone camera. This opens our registration portal, where they enter their name, destination property address, and email or phone number. A digital QR pass is sent by text or email within approximately 10 minutes.
3. Kiosk Call Button (Live Assistance): Guests can press the call button on the kiosk to connect directly with gate staff. Guests will be asked for their destination address and to show a valid photo ID to the camera for verification on each entry.
