Homeowners of Reunion West POA can elect to receive pool cleaning services from a POA selected pool cleaning service or to OPT-OUT of the POA pool cleaning services. Homeowners who OPT-OUT will select, hire and manage a vendor of their preference to service their pool needs either directly or via a property management company.
The bi-annual OPT-OUT/IN window occurs each December and June; contact admin@reunionwestpoa.com for the exact dates. Changes to the monthly assessment take effect after the election window closes.
Please note the OPT-OUT alternative is not a waiver to not maintain pool cleans. Homeowners who OPT-OUT and fail to service their pools may be subject to fines.
