Please reach out to the internet vendor, Lumen.  They can come out to troubleshoot the issue, and sometimes they have to replace the router to improve the performance.

How to Restart the Modem

1. Locate the Reset Button
   On the back of the modem, near where the cords connect, look for a small circular reset button — it may be highlighted in red.
2. Press and Hold
   Use a small, pointed object (like a paperclip or pen tip) to press and hold the reset button for at least 20 seconds.
3. Wait for Reboot
   Release the button and wait approximately 3 minutes for the modem to fully reset and power back on.

This will often fix connectivity issues. If problems continue, please contact support.
