Short answer: Yes. Reunion West bulk internet service is now provided by AT&T Quantum Fiber. The transition from CenturyLink Fiber began in November 2025 and is complete. Equipment and features stayed the same, with the same or better speed.
What changed?
Internet service transitioned from CenturyLink Fiber to AT&T Quantum Fiber.
What did not change?
No equipment swap was required.
No feature loss and no reduction in speed (same or better speed than before).
How does billing work now?
If you previously received an invoice for upgraded CenturyLink internet, you now receive a monthly invoice from AT&T Quantum Fiber instead.
If you have not already done so, you will need to set up a payment method with AT&T Quantum Fiber; CenturyLink payment methods did not carry over.
Billing and support come from AT&T Quantum Fiber if you have additional services not covered by the POA. Most homeowners do not get a direct bill for internet services.
What should I do if my internet stops working?
First, reset your modem and wait ~3 minutes for it to fully reboot. This resolves many interruptions.
