Please note, for most internet issues, simply restarting the internet modem fixes the issue.

- Call 833-926-1289
- -Bypass the request for a phone number by pressing 2
- -Do not provide an account number, ignore the system when it asks you for it.
- -Enter the Zip Code 34747
- -Choose “repair my internet“
- -Give the customer service representative your address, for example “123 Burma St, Kissimmee, Florida 34747”
- Once the address has been provided, you should be able to order internet repair without difficulty. You may also tell the representative that you are a “Reunion MDU Customer”
- Any further issues, please notify the Reunion West POA admin to escalate your issue with the vendor at admin@reunionwestpoa.com. Please include:
- Your Reunion West property address.
- Ticket Number and scheduled arrival time.
- What issue you are having.
How to Restart the Modem
- Locate the Reset Button
On the back of the modem, near where the cords connect, look for a small circular reset button — it may be highlighted in red. - Press and Hold
Use a small, pointed object (like a paperclip or pen tip) to press and hold the reset button for at least 20 seconds. - Wait for Reboot
Release the button and wait approximately 3 minutes for the modem to fully reset and power back on.
This will often fix connectivity issues. If problems continue, please contact support.
