As of 2026, the monthly POA dues include the following:
- Landscaping
- Exterior landscape maintenance
- Landscape irrigated water
- 7 cable boxes
- 1 Gig fiber internet
- Pest control services
- Trash services valet – daily
- Bulk trash removal – weekly
- Security patrols and gated access
- Pool services
- Pool cleaning – once weekly
- Pool chemical check – once weekly
Note: Home telephone service with local calling was included through 2025 but is no longer part of the POA dues as of 2026.

Please note that homeowners can elect out of the of POA pool services and instead hire their own pool cleaning service. Homeowners who opt out of POA provided pool services have less monthly POA dues.
