If you set up recurring payments through FrontSteps and need assistance, then please email fscsupport@frontsteps.
If you set up recurring payments through your financial institution, please contact them directly if you need assistance.
According to the association documents, please remember that assessments must be in your account by the 15th of the month. If money is received after the 15 day of the month, late fees will be charged.

Please remember that the assessments are due on the 1st day of every month and are considered late if not received by the 15th day of the month. It is imperative that each owner pays their assessments in a timely manner, to ensure the community continues to be properly maintained.
If you scheduled a recurring assessment through the community portal or with your bank, please login to the portal or contact your bank to update the recurring assessment amount.
In addition, our community’s assessments may be paid as follows:
- Online at artemislifestyles.com by clicking “Make A Payment.”
- On the Artemis Lifestyles app (available for download on the Apple App Store or Google Play)
- Through your personal bank’s online bill-pay service or by mailing your check or money order made payable to Reunion West POA: P.O. Box 620936, Orlando, FL 32862-0936.
