To request Encore Reunion West Club Membership cards, you must submit via e-mail a copy of a photo ID and a recent passport style picture of each member. The request must be sent to the Membership office up to 7 days prior to the estimated visit to the Club. Cards can only be processed after the Club Membership Agreement is completed.
