The Declaration of Club Covenants for Encore Reunion West Club recorded in the public records of Osceola County, Florida requires each owner of a residence in the Communities to acquire and maintain a membership in the Club. Therefore, each initial and resale purchaser of a residence in the Communities must pay the required joining fee on or before the closing on the purchase of the residence and submit a Membership Agreement.
