To become a member of the Encore Reunion West Club, you should complete and sign the Club Membership Agreement via Adobe Sign before the Closing, and you must submit the payment of the joining fee through the title company who is working on the purchase of your property. After the joining fee is paid and the Deed is provided to the Membership office, the Club will accept your Club Membership Agreement and process your membership. Owners of residences in the Communities are not subject to application and approval by the Club, unless otherwise determined by Encore Reunion West Club LLC.
