The homeowner is responsible for the functionality of pool equipment and any maintenance or repair work of their pool equipment. As part of the HOA provided pool services, the HOA pool vendor does not provide pool maintenance and repairs.  To make repairs or maintenance, the homeowner may contract with any vendor of their choice (including the POA Pool vendor if desired).
