Please ignore this if you are with Jeeves or LRR because they have a corporate account setup for you. This might include other property managers too, and please check with them.

If you have added additional services, outside the seven (7) cable boxes provided by the Association and have not paid for the additional services your cable services may have been interrupted. To reconnect cable services, it is important you follow the steps below:

  • Step 1: Contact Adcomm at 866-581-4527.

    • Request your DirecTV account numbers (There are multiple account numbers for the homes. Each account number supports up to 8 TVs in the home)
    • Request your DirecTV billing zip code.
  • Step 2: You can check how much you owe by doing the following steps:

    • First, texted BAL to 21880
    • Entered the account number.
    • Repeat texting BAL to 21880 to check your other account numbers
  • Step 3: Pay account for your bill one of these ways:

    • Texting
      • First, texted PAY to 21880
      • Entered the account number.
      • Follow the instructions to pay your bill
    • Calling
      • Call DirecTV to make a payment 800-531-5000
      • Say “Make a payment”
      • Enter * on your phone’s keypad.
      • Enter your DirecTV account number.
      • Enter your DirecTV account zip code.
      • Say “Pay the due amount.”
      • Then, enter your credit card information

Please, notify the POA if you have any issues that the vendor is not able to resolve.

It is recommended you set up AUTOPAY with DirecTV to mitigate any billing issues in the future.
