– Quiet hours start at 10 p.m.
– Offensive music is not tolerated at any time of day
– Trash must be bagged and fit inside bin(s)
– Loose items won’t be picked up
– No parking allowed on streets
– Cars should also not block sidewalks or park on lawns
– Fireworks are prohibited
– Parties and events require prior approval
– Do not exceed the max occupancy of your home
– RVs, trailers and campers are not allowed
– Speed limit of 25 mph throughout the resort
– Zero tolerance for illegal drugs or underage drinking

Important Trash Reminders
— Do not leave excess trash out of the bins
— Flatten cardboard & place inside bin
— Violations may result in fines & “no pick up”
— Leave bins by the side of the home & do not move to the curb
— No loose items allowed
— Use only 13-gallon kitchen bags
