Owners can use any  rental property management company that agrees to follow the rules of the POA, Club and CDD.  However, unless you use a property management company approved by Encore Reunion West Club, your rental guests will only have access to your property.  With one exception, your rental guests will not have access to the amenities offered by the Encore Reunion West Club such as the resort pool, slides, exercise equipment, etc.  In addition,, neither you nor your rental guests can pay an additional fee to  access these amenities.  The  one exception is that the restaurant located at the Club is available to all resort guests.

Fortunately, homes in our community include a backyard pool and there are many attractions and water parks nearby.   If you do not use an approved Encore Reunion West Club property manger, we recommend you make it clear that the Encore Reunion West Club amenities will not be available to your guests.  

Currently (as of May 2022) the only property management companies approved by Encore Reunion West Club are Jeeves and LLR.  Note that while a large number of owners use the services of Jeeves and LRR, these property managers together serve less than  half of the homes at Reunion West.

Finally, please be aware that Encore Reunion West Club established these limitations and selected their approved property managers.   These are not rules of Reunion West POA.  The POA has requested several times that the Club expand it’s access to other guests of other property managers.  The Club has consistently denied the POA requests.
