When the property is leased for a minimum of 90 days, the lessees can be registered to become temporary members of the Club. While the lessee is a member, the owner and other previously registered members will not have access to the Club amenities. An additional membership can be purchased for the entire period of the lease if the owner would like to keep both memberships active. It is the owner’s obligation to keep paying the Club Membership dues while the property is being leased. The owner or property manager must contact the Club Membership office prior to the lease start date and provide the executed lease agreement as well as the tenant’s e-mail address for their setup to start. The lessee will be required to fill out the Club membership agreement via Adobe Sign and request the Membership cards. All previously issued Club Membership cards must be returned prior to the lease start date.
