Architectural Control Board (ACB) – Reviews Architectural Change Requests for exterior modifications to homes in the community.
Fines Committee – Reviews fine requests from the board. The committee is independent of the board, as required by Florida Statute 720.305.
Committees help with vendor recommendations to the board, vendor contracts, and helping hold the vendors accountable to their contracts.
