The board elections are yearly at the annual membership meeting.

To establishment quorum there needs to be 10% (77 owners) of membership in person or by proxy.

The last board election took place on June 30th, 2023.

The Reunion West Manager sends both an email and physical mail with the details before the annual meeting and voting process.

The board consists of a minimum of three members and a maximum of five members.  The board increased from three members to five board members on June 30th, 2023.

Only homeowners who are current in their POA dues can run for election to the board.
