Any regulated structural improvement or work that requires a licensed contractor, may require a building permit issued by the Osceola County Building Office. You must email permitting@OSCEOLA.ORG verifying if a permit is required or not and attach their response to the Architectural Change Requests application.

You have to submit an ARC request for structural improvements. Applications will be reviewed for compliance with the POA covenants.
