Please call our vendor Adcomm. How do I contact DirecTV or Adcomm for issues with billing or my TV services?

As of August 2022, Adcomm is installing UPS battery backups and a separate router to help with stabilizing the multiple Genie 2 units.

Each Genie 2 supports up to 7 TVs at once. A maximum of two Genie 2 and 14 TVs can have DirecTV in one home. There is an added fee for over 7 TVs in the home by Adcomm.
