When selling a home, the closing attorney or escrow agent frequently requests that the seller provide a copy of the POA master insurance policy.  The master insurance policy is the insurance that the POA carries or that the board will hold. This insurance is typically something that the POA will carry to protect against certain types of liability or legal issues impacting the POA.
