Stuff you don’t need to know but is interesting

Reunion West is a MDU or a multi-dwelling unit.  A typical multi-dwelling unit is an apartment complex where there is a common source for cable tv but individual bills for each resident in the apartment complex.  Reunion West is the same.  We have DirecTV as our Reunion West source for cable tv.  The Reunion West Property Owner’s Association pays for up to seven cable tv connections to TVs in your home.  If you have eight or more televisions with connections to DirecTV, you pay for the extra connections.

MDUs save money.  We have one satellite dish that feeds DirecTV to all homes using wiring installed by the developer and maintained by the POA.  As a result, homeowners do not need to install a satellite dish on their home and arrange for wiring to their home.
