What is the Architectural Change Request or ARC Review? And where is the ARC Application form?

Any new landscaping work, exterior painting, garage conversion, relocation of irrigation lines, outdoor lighting, landscape changes, swing sets, extending pool pavers, installation of AC unit, installation of solar panels, or any other modification to the appearance of your property, you must submit an ARC application that describes the proposed project. The Architectural Control Board (ACB) will review the application and will respond within 45 days after delivery of all required materials to approve or reject any such plans.

ARC applications are due on the Sunday before the first Wednesday of the month.

Once the agenda is published, which is 48 hours in advance of the ARC meeting, the agenda cannot be changed.
