Architectural Change Requests
If you plan to do any new landscaping work, change the paint color of your house, convert your garage into a game room, relocation of irrigation lines, outdoor lighting, landscape changes, swing sets, extending pool pavers, garage/game room conversions, exterior painting, installation of AC unit, installation of solar panels, or any other modification to the appearance of your property, you must submit an ARC application that describes the proposed project. The ARC will review the application and hold an open meeting every first Wednesday of the month. Documentation must include complete drawings that have accurate dimensions, measurements, and setbacks.

Applications must be submitted by the close of business on the Sunday before the first Wednesday of the month to be added to the agenda.
