An ARC application is required to plant any new plant materials. The majority of the ARC applications are approved and this should not be a deterrence from trying to make improvements to your home.

After receiving ARC approval, the Homeowner can install the plants themselves or have a landscaper perform the installation. The main restriction would be diseased plants like some of the palm trees need to be professionally removed so the disease does not spread.

You will need to contact the POA landscaping company as they are responsible for any changes to the irrigation of your lot.

You can find the ARC Application Form here.
