Violation: “Trash outside container (including cardboard boxes)”
Timeframe to cure: 24 hours
Fine per day (not to exceed $1000 per violation): $100.00

Violation: Loose Trash (inside container)
Timeframe to cure: 24 hours
Fine per day (not to exceed $1000 per violation): $100.00

Violation: Bulk items (i.e. mattress, sofa, lawn furniture)
Timeframe to cure: 24 hours
Fine per day (not to exceed $1000 per violation): $100.00 (each item is a separate violation)

Violation: Storing items on the exterior when not in active use (i.e. appliances, machinery, equipment, toys when not in active use)
Timeframe to cure: 24 hours
Fine per day (not to exceed $1000 per violation): $100.00

Violation: Signage not approved by ARC
Timeframe to cure: 24 hours
Fine per day (not to exceed $1000 per violation): $100.00

Violation: Temporary structures not approved by ARC(i.e. tents, dog shed, bouncy house, trampoline
Timeframe to cure: 24 hours
Fine per day (not to exceed $1000 per violation): $100.00

Violation: Boats, jet ski, trailers, RV’s, oversized vehicle parked outside garage
Timeframe to cure: 24 hours
Fine per day (not to exceed $1000 per violation): $100.00

Violation: Firearms/Fireworks

Violation: Dog poop

Violation: Exterior Maintenance (i.e. painting, visible cracks, damage soffits, dead plant material, oil spills, dirty/green pools)
