To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, the Reunion West POA has established quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. However, it’s important to note that we encourage responsible behavior throughout the day as well, meaning excessive noise, such as loud music, is discouraged during daytime hours. We strive to maintain a reasonable noise level at all times, allowing residents and guests to enjoy a serene and pleasant atmosphere.
Offensive music is not tolerated at any time of day.
Security is closely monitoring noise levels and contacting guests.
Nothing shall be done or maintained on any part of a lot which emits foul or unpleasant odors outside the lot or creates noise or other conditions which tend to disturb the peace, quiet, safety, comfort, or serenity of the occupants and guests.
Also, our county, Osceola, is extremely strict on noise allowed. Please see the Osceola county’s Noise Ordinance. Osceola County noise violation fines are up to $250 per violation, per day. If there is a repeat violation, then the fine can be $500.
Below are the Osceola county’s Prohibited sound levels from their noise ordinance.
Osceola County Sec. 9-110. – Prohibited acts.
(a) Prohibited sound levels. Except as otherwise provided herein, no person shall create, or cause to be created, any source of sound so as to create a sound level beyond the real property line of the real property upon which the sound source is located which exceeds the following sound level limits:

(b) Music, musical activities, singing, etc. Except as otherwise provided herein, no person shall use or operate any musical instrument, device for the production or reproduction of music, phonograph, loudspeaker, sound amplifying device, or other machine or device, stationary or movable, that produces the sound of music, singing, or lyrical expressions, so as to create a sound level beyond the real property line of the real property upon which the sound source is located, which exceeds the following sound level limits:
