CDD means Community Development District and is an alternative to municipal incorporation for managing and financing infrastructure required to support development for a community. The CDD does the following:

  • Provide public infrastructure and services like our roads and gates
  • Construct, acquire and maintain assets
  • Better Collection and Enforcement
  • Sovereign Immunity

The POA means Property Owner’s Association and is the governing body where its main purpose is to support the association matter and owners. The POA does the following:

  • Serve individual communities with private or limited use facilities and amenities
  • Provides for enforcement of CC&Rs and ARC

The Encore Clubhouse is a separate private entity from the Property Owner’s Association and CDD. The Encore Club owns and operates all the clubhouse amenities located with the Reunion West POA community.
