Yes.

The CDD Parking and Towing Rules and the POA Parking and Towing Rules prohibit a vehicle from being parked or driven on the property if the vehicle has an expired registration, a missing license plate or a license plate that fails to match the vehicle.  Vehicles who violate this policy are subject to towing.
