The COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, AND RESTRICTIONS (CC&Rs) at Reunion West POA can be amended as follows:

Section 9. AMENDMENT AND MODIFICATION.
B. “These CC&Rs may be amended by: (i) the consent of the Owners owning two-thirds (2/3) of all Lots; together with (ii) the approval or ratification of a majority of the Board.”

The are 774 homes in the community, and so we need to have 511 homeowners vote “Yes” for the change.
