Short answer: Yes. Beginning November 2025, CenturyLink Fiber internet service for Reunion West homes will start moving to Quantum Fiber. Your equipment and features stay the same, and your speed will be the same or better.
What is changing?
Internet service will transition from CenturyLink Fiber to Quantum Fiber.
What is not changing?
No equipment swap is required.
No feature loss and no reduction in speed (same or better speed than today).
How will billing work after the move?
If you currently receive an invoice for upgraded CenturyLink internet, you will receive a monthly invoice from Quantum Fiber instead.
You will need to set up a payment method with Quantum Fiber; your CenturyLink payment method does not carry over.
Billing and support for internet will come from Quantum Fiber after the move on if you have additional services not covered by the POA. Most homeowners do not get a direct bill for internet services.
What should I do if my internet stops working during the transition?
First, reset your modem and wait ~3 minutes for it to fully reboot. This resolves many interruptions.
Do I need to do anything right now?
No action is needed today. You will receive another notice when it’s time to set up your Quantum Fiber account.
