Please note, for most internet issues, simply restarting the internet modem fixes the issue.

How to Restart the Modem
- Locate the Reset Button
On the back of the modem, near where the cords connect, look for a small circular reset button — it may be highlighted in red. - Press and Hold
Use a small, pointed object (like a paperclip or pen tip) to press and hold the reset button for at least 20 seconds. - Wait for Reboot
Release the button and wait approximately 3 minutes for the modem to fully reset and power back on.
This will often fix connectivity issues. If problems continue, please contact support.
