The current deadline to submit an ARC application is the Sunday before the first Wednesday of the month.

The committee meets on the first Wednesday of the month, which is typically seven days before the next scheduled board meeting.

Our governing documents, CC&Rs, provide it could take up to 45 days to respond to an ARC application.  Some applications are easier to process, and some are more challenging.  To ensure your ARC application is processed before you need to start the work, consider submitting your ARC application at least 45 days in advance.

As a reminder, do not start any work on your home that requires an ARC application before you receive written approval of your application.  Normally, written approval is given by email (at the email address shown on the ARC application).
