Home » Architecture » Are holiday decorations allowed on my home, for example during Halloween, Christmas, or other holidays?

Owners may display holiday decorations on their Lots if the decorations are of the kind normally displayed in single family residential neighborhoods, are of reasonable size and scope, and do not disturb other Owners, residents, and Club Property Owner by excessive light or sound emission or by causing an unreasonable amount of spectator traffic. Permitted decorations may be displayed for such periods as are normal and customary for comparable residential communities, as the Board determines.

PLEASE NOTE:  Depending on your holiday decorations (e.g., yard decorations), normal landscaping may not occur while the decorations are displayed.

Please see our COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, AND RESTRICTIONS (CC&R)  under “EXHIBIT “D” RULES AND REGULATIONS OF REUNION WEST PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.” in section (k).
