Reunion West POA has several satellite parking lots. The parking lots are located at the following locations:

West Side (Waterpark side):

• Fairfax Dr. (intersection of Dearborn St.)
• Southfield St. (southeast bend)
• Wilmington Loop (by soccer field)

East Side:

• Marker Ave. at Main Entrance 
• Marker Ave. (North side of playground)
• Marker Ave. (South side of playground)
• Pendant Ct. (by secondary exit near N. Old Lake Wilson Rd)

NOTE:  the POA and CDD does not own or control the parking lot at the Encore club house / waterpark.  That parking lot is controlled by the Encore Club.

The satellite lots are meant for temporary parking only.

RV’s, trailers, trucks, commercial vehicles, boats, golf carts, vehicles for hire (i.e., taxis, limousines, rental cars, ride share vehicles, etc. that are parked waiting to be hired), vehicles with commercial graphics and other vehicles described in Section 5.3 of the Parking and Towing Rules (link below) ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PARK IN THE SATELLITE LOTS AT ANY TIME.  Parking and Towing Rules

Vehicles violating these rules are subject to being towed.  Bolton’s Towing Services is contracted to handle towing at Reunion West POA.  If your vehicle is towed, please contact Bolton’s directly.  Bolton’s Towing Service   863-288-9966.
